- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies and action plans for the assigned cluster to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of branch managers and their respective teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and employee engagement.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the sales performance across all products and services within the cluster, including deposits, loans, investments, and insurance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Manage the cluster's Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, ensuring efficient resource allocation, cost control, and maximization of revenue streams.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational procedures across all branches in the cluster.
