Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations at our NABH-accredited Ayurveda Hospital. This role requires an operational and strategic leader to manage full-lifecycle clinical and administrative HR, maintain strict NABH compliance (HRM standards), manage healthcare credentialing, and cultivate a compassionate, high-retention environment across all medical, therapeutic, and support departments.
Key Responsibilities
NABH Compliance & Regulatory Quality
- Maintain full compliance with NABH Standards for Human Resource Management (HRM) and ensure complete audit readiness.
Clinical & Operational Talent Acquisition
- Source, interview, and recruit specialized healthcare professionals (Ayurvedic Physicians, Resident Medical Officers, Panchakarma Therapists, Dietitians, Lab Technicians) and operational support staff.
Employee Relations, Welfare & Retention
- Implement engagement and burnout-prevention programs .
- Oversee staff welfare facilities, including on-site accommodation, canteen food standards, duty uniforms, and health check-ups.
- Establish a transparent grievance-redressal mechanism and conduct structured exit interviews to continuously improve workplace culture.
Performance Management & Payroll Administration
- Execute competency-based performance appraisals, privilege assessments, and clinical evaluation frameworks.
- Oversee attendance, biometric systems, leave management, overtime, and monthly payroll processing.
- Ensure strict adherence to all statutory labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, Minimum Wages).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: MBA in HR, Master’s in Hospital Administration (MHA), or postgraduate degree in HR/Business Management.
· Experience: 5–8+ years of core HR experience, with a minimum of 2–3 years leading HR in an NABH-accredited hospital, Ayurvedic hospital, healthcare institution, luxury resort, or hospitality setting.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
