Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in High-Rise Residential/Commercial Construction Projects using MIVAN Technology. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, and monitoring of all electrical works at the project site while ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and supervise all electrical works for high-rise building projects.
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of electrical installations.
- Review electrical drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Monitor electrical conduit laying, wiring, cable tray installation, panel installations, and testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare material requisitions and monitor material consumption.
- Conduct inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for project execution.
- Maintain daily progress reports and project documentation.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in High-Rise Building Construction.
- Mandatory experience in projects executed using MIVAN Technology.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, LT panels, DG sets, transformers, fire alarm systems, and building services.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,904.35 per month
