- Strong sales leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Hands-on experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning
- Strategic thinking with ability to drive execution at ground level
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in sales, category/business management, or revenue
leadership
- Prior experience in managing a sales team and P&L ownership
- Industry background in [FMCG / retail / e-commerce / healthcare / etc.]
Pay: ₹938,463.72 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
