Sales Consultant
at CM Auto sales Dealership Maruti Suzuki dealership is responsible for selling new cars and guiding customers through the complete buying process.
Job profile
- Welcome customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand the customer's needs, budget, and preferences.
- Explain the features, specifications, and benefits of Maruti Suzuki vehicles.
- Arrange test drives.
- Prepare quotations and explain finance, insurance, and exchange offers.
- Follow up with leads generated through walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries.
- Negotiate within dealership policies and close sales.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for vehicle delivery.
- Maintain customer records in the dealership CRM.
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required skills
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Sales and negotiation ability.
- Customer relationship management.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage.
- Confidence in explaining vehicle features.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is commonly preferred.
- Valid driving license is often required.
- Experience in automobile sales is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
