- Visit project sites to take accurate measurements for UPVC & Aluminium windows, doors, and related systems before production or installation.
- Supervise installation work at sites and ensure it is completed according to approved drawings, measurements, and company standards.
- Coordinate with installation teams, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Ensure all materials delivered to the site are correct in quantity and specification as per the project requirement.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progress is maintained according to the project schedule.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to measurements, installation, or site conditions.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, builders, architects, and project managers regarding project updates and site requirements.
- Ensure proper safety practices and quality standards are followed during installation work.
- Prepare and submit regular site reports including measurements, work progress, and installation updates to management.
- Assist in final site inspection and ensure proper finishing and client satisfaction after installation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in site supervision, construction, or installation work (experience in UPVC or Aluminium systems is preferred).
- Good knowledge of site measurements, drawings, and installation processes.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites and manage on-site work effectively.
