Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, Whats App, and walk-in clients.
- Design and customize domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare quotations and itineraries.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
- Experience with travel booking portals is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
