Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and payment processes.
The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of Zoho Books, GST filing, Income Tax Returns, TDS, bank reconciliation, invoicing, payroll accounting, and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping using Zoho Books
- Record and verify income, expenses, purchases, sales, and journal entries
- Prepare and issue client invoices, quotations, credit notes, and payment receipts
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Manage vendor bills, payment schedules, and accounts payable
- Perform regular bank, cash, credit card, and ledger reconciliations
- Prepare and file monthly and quarterly GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B
- Handle GST reconciliation, input tax credit verification, and e-invoice documentation
- Coordinate the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns
- Calculate, deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns
- Assist with statutory compliance, tax notices, assessments, and audits
- Maintain proper financial records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, cash-flow reports, and management reports
- Support employee salary processing, reimbursements, incentives, and payroll accounting
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, vendors, and government authorities
- Track project-wise income, expenses, budgets, and profitability
- Ensure timely statutory payments and filing deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality of all company financial information
Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of Zoho Books
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, ITR, and Indian accounting standards
- Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to prepare financial and management reports
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple companies or business accounts
Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or a related qualification
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Previous experience managing GST filings, taxation, and statutory compliance is required
- Experience in a digital marketing, media, production, IT, or service-based company will be an advantage

- Zero penalties caused by delayed or incorrect compliance filings
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
