We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing sales executives, developing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding the company's market presence and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, digital marketing, brokers, and networking.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with buyers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
