"English Communciation Trainer"
We are seeking a dynamic Spoken English Trainer to empower school students with confident, fluent communication skills. In this role, you'll create engaging, immersive English-speaking environments that spark enthusiasm and reduce native language interference, fostering lifelong language proficiency through fun, interactive activities.

Core Responsibilities
- Facilitate speaking-focused activities like role-plays, group discussions, debates, storytelling, and presentations to maximize student talking time.
- Teach phonetics, sentence stress, intonation, and articulation to enhance pronunciation and fluency.
- Design creative lesson plans emphasizing conversation, vocabulary building, and real-world language use over rote memorization.
- Assess spoken proficiency via interviews, recorded exercises, and provide ongoing, constructive feedback.
- Cultivate an "English-only" classroom atmosphere, offering supportive error correction.
- Deliver one-on-one coaching to build student confidence and overcome speaking hesitations.

- Near-native fluency in spoken English with clear, articulate communication.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate shy or hesitant young learners.
- Creativity in developing interactive, modern materials suited to school-aged students.
- Strong classroom management to maintain discipline in a lively, participatory setting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (highly preferred).
- 1+ years of experience as a language trainer, counselor, or communicative English instructor, ideally with school students.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for youth development.
