Techwurkz is hiring an experienced UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Test Engineer for a leading global consulting organization. If you have hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM configuration, functional testing, and workforce management validation, this is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-scale UKG implementation and transformation programs.

✔ Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (US Offshore)
✔ Employment Type: Full-time
What You'll Do
✔ Validate UKG Pro WFM configurations across business-critical workforce management processes.
✔ Create, execute, and maintain functional test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
✔ Verify Accruals, Business Structure, Pay Rules, Attendance, Work Rules, Overtime, and Zone configurations.
✔ Perform end-to-end configuration validation, defect analysis, and business process testing.
✔ Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams to ensure solution quality.
✔ Support enterprise implementation, migration, and production validation activities.
What We're Looking For
✔ 6–8 years of experience in UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM).
✔ Strong hands-on expertise in UKG configuration and functional testing.
✔ Experience with Accruals, Pay Rules, Attendance, Business Structure, Work Rules, Overtime, and Workforce Management.
✔ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
✔ Experience in enterprise UKG implementation or migration projects is highly preferred.
