- Each and everything related to Sales, Showroom & Spares has to be solved by the GM.
- Everything concerning the 3S dealership is GMs responsibilitiesNo matter is beyond the GM purviewAll targets achievement - Sales, Service & SparesAll payment collection and not a single transaction happens without profit.
- No leakage in terms of monetary and information is happeningResponsible for strategic planning for improvement of Business Revenue, Employee retention, customer satisfaction level & Customer retention.
- Monitor job quality through quality control inspections, comeback reports and complain.
- Monitoring of standard operating procedures time to time to provide quick and quality serviceMaking Sure Team Retention and planning is there for day to day operations happening smoothlyPresent sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
