Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop reliable suppliers and vendors
- Request and compare quotations and negotiate prices
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
- Ensure materials are received on time and as per quality standards
- Coordinate with stores, accounts, and project/site teams
- Maintain purchase records, bills, and vendor documents
- Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory
- Handle vendor payments in coordination with accounts
- Ensure compliance with company purchase policies
Requirements & Skills:
- Any degree / Diploma in relevant field
- 1–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
- Knowledge of local vendors and market prices
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience in construction / real estate / manufacturing industry
- Immediate joiners preferred
