Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new customers in target industries (OEMs, industrial clients, automation sector)
- Generate leads, conduct meetings, and convert opportunities into sales
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
2. Key Account Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
- Handle repeat orders, negotiations, and contract discussions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
3. Market Expansion
- Explore new markets, territories, and application areas for products
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends
- Suggest new product requirements based on market feedback
4. Product Promotion
- Promote actuators, control boxes, and automation solutions
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients
- Coordinate with technical team for customized solutions
5. Coordination & Internal Communication
- Work closely with production, design, and dispatch teams for order execution
- Ensure smooth order processing from enquiry to delivery
- Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain CRM records of leads, visits, and sales pipeline
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
- Track conversion ratios and improve sales performance
7. Exhibitions & Networking
- Represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events
- Build network with industry professionals and potential clients

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
