- Lead and manage complete MEP project execution from design to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Plan project schedules, manpower, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQ, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV installations.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, local codes, and safety regulations.
- Manage project budgets, variations, and cost control.
- Conduct progress meetings and prepare project reports.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.
- Resolve technical, commercial, and site coordination issues.
- Ensure quality assurance and timely completion of works.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
