About the Role
EARA Group is looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and performance-driven Social Media Lead who can transform brands into compelling stories and drive measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities
-Social Media Strategy & Management
Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Create engaging content calendars aligned with brand objectives and campaigns.
Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
-Content Creation & Storytelling
Lead the creation of high-quality content including Reels, short-form videos, founder stories, brand narratives, and thought leadership content.
Develop compelling storytelling concepts that resonate with luxury and premium audiences.
Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators for impactful execution.
-Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Generate qualified leads through targeted digital campaigns.
Monitor and improve campaign performance to achieve business objectives.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze key performance metrics including:
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Conversion Rates
Engagement Metrics
ROI on Campaigns
Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Founder & Leadership Branding
Build and manage personal branding strategies for founders and leadership teams.
Create LinkedIn thought leadership content, video snippets, and executive communication plans.
Enhance visibility and credibility of leadership through strategic content initiatives.
