JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage day-to-day restaurant and store operations efficiently.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the restaurant team during shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a smooth dining experience.
- Manage staff attendance, shift scheduling, and daily task allocation.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and store requirements.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain overall store performance.
