Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and purpose-driven individual to join our team in the field of Spirituality and Value Education. The role involves developing educational content, supporting training programs, and facilitating learning initiatives focused on spiritual wisdom, ethics, character development, and value-based living.
The selected candidate will have a unique opportunity to learn directly from spiritual mentors through periodic training sessions and interactions. This role is ideal for candidates who have a genuine interest in spirituality, education, philosophy, personal development, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and create content related to spirituality, value education, ethics, and character development.
Design educational materials, presentations, activity modules, and learning resources.
Conduct or support workshops, training sessions, and educational programs.
Research spiritual teachings, values, and life-skills concepts and translate them into engaging learning content.
Attend training and guidance sessions with spiritual teachers to deepen subject knowledge.
Collaborate with the team to develop curriculum and learning frameworks.
Assist in creating content for digital platforms, articles, training manuals, and educational campaigns.
Participate in discussions, brainstorming sessions, and program development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong interest in spirituality, value education, philosophy, or personal development.
Excellent communication and content-writing skills in English and/or regional languages.
Ability to understand and simplify complex spiritual concepts for diverse audiences.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn through direct interaction with spiritual leaders and Jain monks.
Positive attitude, sincerity, and commitment to value-based education.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
