Criteria – Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role, responsible for daily interaction with the clients and understanding / gathering requirements, follow up with internal team for delivery and process check. Manage client accounts with detailed progress and status report to Management. Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship is must.
