Job Summary
Sibi Polymers is looking for a responsible and active Loading Incharge to manage loading and unloading operations in the factory. The candidate will ensure proper handling of goods, worker coordination, and timely dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise loading and unloading of materials and finished goods
- Ensure correct quantity and quality during dispatch
- Coordinate with workers and drivers for smooth operations
- Maintain loading records and dispatch details
- Ensure proper stacking and safe handling of products
- Monitor worker attendance in loading section
- Avoid damage and ensure material safety
- Follow safety procedures during loading operations
- Coordinate with store and production teams
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
- Experience in loading / warehouse / factory work preferred
- Ability to handle workers and manage tasks
- Basic record maintenance knowledge
- Physically active and responsible
- Tamil communication required
Working Conditions
