Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and organized Front Office Assistant to manage daily front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome and assist visitors and guests.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Manage emails, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative tasks.
- Ensure the reception and front office area remain organized.
- Support day-to-day office operations as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a professional environment.
- Prior experience in front office, reception, or administration is an advantage but not mandatory.
