At RMgX, product is the bridge between what clients need and what engineering builds - it's about translating ambiguity into a roadmap, and a roadmap into working outcomes. We are looking for a Product Manager who can own product discovery end-to-end, work fluently across business and engineering, and bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems. If you are comfortable with incomplete information, enjoy translating client and stakeholder needs into shippable features, and want direct ownership of product outcomes, this role will give you that impact.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
In this role, you will own the product roadmap for one or more product areas, driving end-to-end discovery through user research, competitive analysis, and prioritisation. You will work closely with engineering and design to take features from brief to launch, while managing expectations across clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams. Defining and tracking success metrics for your product areas will be central to how you measure impact, and you will also contribute to pre-sales through product capability positioning and scoping. Beyond delivery, this role demands someone who bridges business and engineering fluently, brings options and trade-offs rather than just problems, and is comfortable making decisions with incomplete information. Above all, we are looking for a strong communicator who can represent RMgX with confidence at the client site and create clarity for everyone around them.
