Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally Prime and be capable of handling day-to-day accounting operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Record Purchase and Sales entries accurately in Tally Prime.
- Maintain Ledgers, Cash Book, Bank Book, and Journal Entries.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Maintain inventory and stock records in Tally.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation.
- Prepare GST-related reports and support GST filing.
- Verify supplier invoices and customer bills.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Coordinate with management for financial reporting and stock verification.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Strong understanding of Purchase, Sales, Ledger, and Inventory Management.
- Experience in Payment Follow-up and Receivable Management.
- Good knowledge of GST and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and responsibility.
Preferred Industry
Experience in Trading, Electrical, Solar, or Renewable Energy industry will be an added advantage.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
