Job Description
-We are looking for motivated candidates interested in building a career in mobile phone repair and electronics servicing.
-Selected candidates will receive technical training in mobile phone hardware, troubleshooting, servicing and basic repair procedures. Candidates who successfully complete the required training may be considered for suitable employment opportunities based on their skills, performance and available vacancies.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose common mobile phone hardware problems
Perform basic mobile phone repair and servicing
Identify faulty components and assist with replacement
Use basic repair tools and testing equipment
Follow safety and quality procedures
Maintain proper records of repair work
Learn and follow company/service-centre technical standards
Training & Development
Technical training in mobile phone hardware and repair
Basic computer training
Soft skills and workplace communication training
Practical hands-on learning
Career guidance and interview preparation
Salary
₹12,000–₹15,000 per month within Odisha
₹16,000–₹25,000 per month for eligible opportunities outside Odisha
Salary may vary depending on employer, location, skills, experience and job role.
