ob Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented F&B Captain to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead the service team efficiently. Candidates with barista knowledge will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day restaurant and café operations
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff for smooth operations
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and daily requisitions
- Assist in billing, POS operations, and cash handling
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs
Barista (Added Advantage):
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages as per standards
- Knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing methods
- Maintain coffee quality, consistency, and presentation
- Train team members in basic coffee preparation if required
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in F&B service (Captain/Supervisor role preferred)
