- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM software.
- Maintain and update customer information, purchase history, and communication records in the CRM.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and new product launches.
- Process quotations, sales orders, invoices, and order tracking through CRM.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
