AI Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered features and products. You will work across the AI development lifecycle—from prototyping to production—collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to build scalable, real-world solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI models into production.
- Work on the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features—from experimentation and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate product requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, model training workflows, and serving infrastructure.
- Build LLM-based solutions using techniques like RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
- Ensure model performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency in production.
- Contribute to MLOps practices for versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
- Stay current with emerging AI research and apply relevant advances to the product.
Required Qualifications
- M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Experience building and shipping AI-powered products or features (beyond research or POCs).
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, and modern AI tooling (LangChain, vector databases, etc.).
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps.
- Solid understanding of data structures, system design, and scalable architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with real-time inference, model optimization, or distributed training.
- Familiarity with product analytics and A/B testing for AI features.
- Contributions to open-source projects, publications, or patents.
- Experience in fast-paced startup or product-led environments.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
