Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Site Engineer to oversee the execution of luxury villa and holiday home projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities, coordinating with consultants and contractors, ensuring quality execution, monitoring timelines, and delivering projects as per drawings, specifications, and design intent.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent site coordination skills, and experience handling premium residential or hospitality projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for villa construction projects.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure premium finishing quality across all stages.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Conduct regular site meetings and maintain progress updates.
- Resolve on-site technical and execution issues efficiently.
- Ensure proper implementation of design details and site decisions.
Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare and track construction schedules and weekly progress reports.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively address delays.
- Assist in resource planning including manpower, materials, and equipment.
Quality Control
- Ensure quality checks for structural work, waterproofing, tiling, stone work, carpentry, finishes, and landscape execution.
- Verify dimensions, levels, alignments, and material specifications.
- Maintain site quality documentation and inspection records.
Material & Vendor Management
- Coordinate material procurement and site delivery schedules.
- Check material quality and quantities received on site.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors for timely execution.
Billing & Documentation
- Verify contractor bills and work measurements.
- Maintain DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), site records, and execution documentation.
- Assist in BOQ verification and quantity tracking.
Site Safety & Compliance
- Ensure implementation of safety practices and site discipline.
- Monitor compliance with local construction norms and regulations.
- Maintain clean and organized site conditions.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of villa construction and finishing details.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site coordination.
- Experience in exposed concrete, premium finishes, waterproofing, and luxury detailing preferred.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project tracking tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 6–10 years of experience in residential villa, luxury home, or hospitality projects.
- Experience handling independent sites from structure to handover preferred.

- Experience working on luxury villas or holiday homes.
- Strong eye for detailing and finishing quality.
- Ability to manage multiple agencies and fast-paced execution environments.
- Problem-solving mindset with proactive decision-making ability.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
