We are looking for 5 motivated and result-driven International Sales Executives to join our growing team in Kanpur. This role involves outbound calling to the USA market for our Student Loan assistance process. We are welcoming both Senior Executives with a proven track record and Freshers who are eager to start their career in international sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to customers in the USA regarding Student Loan processes.
- Clearly explain the benefits and procedures of the program to potential clients.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for lead generation or sales conversions.
- (For Seniors) Mentor junior team members and help optimize the calling script for better conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of all conversations in our CRM system.
Shift Details & Benefits
- Shift Type: Fixed Night Shift.
- Working Hours: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (IST).
- Meals: Complimentary meals provided daily.
- Work Location: In-office (Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh).
Requirements
- Communication: Excellent verbal English communication skills (must be able to interact with US clients).
- Experience: Open to both Freshers and Seniors (Prior experience in US sales/BPO is a major plus).
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any field.
- Mindset: High energy, persistent, and comfortable working in a night shift environment.
