Perforais seeking a talented and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations across B2B and B2C channels. The role involves managing daily inbound and outbound processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inward, outward, storage, and dispatch for B2B and B2C orders.
- Lead, train, and manage a workforce of 40–45 warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and discipline.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety norms, and quality standards.
- Track operational KPIs and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met.
- Optimize warehouse layout, manpower allocation, and workflows to improve turnaround time and efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and planning teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Handle escalations related to dispatch delays, damages, or operational issues.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of B2B & B2C logistics operations.
- Proven experience managing large on-ground teams.
- Ability to drive efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
