The Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) is responsible for supporting the Branch Head in the day-to-day operations of the branch. The role includes assisting in business development, customer service, staff coordination, collections, and achieving branch targets. The ABM helps maintain branch records, ensures compliance with society policies, and prepares necessary reports. The position may involve field work, customer visits, and sales activities as required. The ABM should support the branch team and ensure smooth branch operations in the absence of the Branch Head.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
