Internship Overview
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about business development, strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion.
As a Business Development & Regional Growth Intern, you will work directly with the leadership team to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, generate qualified leads, and contribute to the expansion of Magnetar AI Solutions across India and APAC.
This is a hands-on internship focused on real business development rather than classroom learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads.
- Research prospective clients across multiple industries.
- Conduct outbound outreach via Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other professional channels.
- Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records.
- Follow up with prospects professionally.
Regional Growth
- Research regional market opportunities.
- Identify potential strategic partnerships.
- Support regional expansion initiatives.
- Build relationships with channel partners and business consultants.
- Identify industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Market Research
Research industries including:
- Manufacturing
- Logistics
- Warehousing
- Export & Import
- Healthcare
- Retail
- SMEs
- Traditional businesses undergoing digital transformation
Sales Support
- Prepare business proposals.
- Assist in quotation preparation.
- Maintain sales documentation.
- Coordinate with technical teams during client discussions.
- Collect customer requirements for solution consulting.
Marketing Support
- Assist with LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Help execute email marketing campaigns.
- Support content distribution.
- Identify new lead-generation opportunities.

Internship Policy
Please read carefully before applying:
- No fixed stipend, salary, retainer or fixed monthly compensation will be provided during the internship period.
- Sales and Client commissions are provided on successful deal closures.
- An Internship Completion Certificate will be issued only after successfully completing the full 6-month internship and meeting the required performance, attendance, and conduct standards.
- If an intern chooses to resign or discontinue before completing the internship, no internship completion certificate will be issued by default.
- Candidates who leave before completing the internship and require an internship certificate for academic or professional purposes may request one only after providing prior written notice and paying the applicable administrative documentation and processing charges as determined by the company. Issuance of such a certificate remains at the sole discretion of the company based on the work completed and compliance with company policies.
