Job Description
NFAD Society is looking for a responsible and active Office Assistant who can manage daily office operations and also support business-related sales activities. The candidate should be organized, cooperative, and willing to assist in both administrative and business functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Administrative Duties
- Handle day-to-day office work such as filing, documentation, and record keeping
- Assist in preparing reports, registers, and office files
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the office premises
- Support branch staff in routine office activities
- Manage incoming and outgoing documents
- Assist in customer handling at the office counter
Business & Sales Support
- Support business development and sales-related activities of the branch
- Assist staff in marketing, customer follow-ups, and basic sales coordination
- Help in data entry related to sales, customers, and business records
- Coordinate with field staff and branch managers for business requirements
- Support promotional activities as instructed by management
General Responsibilities
- Follow company policies, rules, and instructions from management
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior
- Support other departments when required
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the management related to office or business operations
Skills & Requirements
- Basic knowledge of office work and documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to support sales and business activities
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred
- Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
