Job Title - Upwork/ Linkedin Specialist (Work From Home)
Salary Range - 35000-60000 (per month)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other freelance or business networking platforms.
- Create and manage effective proposals, outreach messages, and business pitches to attract and convert potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, target industries, and emerging market trends.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects while ensuring high-quality client engagement and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, and Project Coordination to align strategies for client acquisition.
- Track and report key performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Client Acquisition, Business Development, or Sales within the Digital Marketing or IT industry.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Facebook outreach, and similar lead generation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, or Web Development services will be an added advantage.
