Job Summary
The Tele-caller is responsible for making outbound customer calls, following up on pending service cases, collecting genuine customer feedback, and ensuring timely service updates and process compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on pending service cases and device collection.
- Provide service updates and address customer queries.
- Collect genuine customer feedback after service completion.
- Update customer records and escalate unresolved issues.
- Adhere to service processes and calling guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in tele-calling or customer support is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
