Job details

To explain the full procedure to the patient before initiating the process.
To ensure proper documentation is in place and due consents have been documented.
To prepare patients for Dialysis.
To check starting dialysis charts and previous dialysis sheets thoroughly for special instructions, if any.
To maintain the Dialysis Machine and ensure routine preventive maintenance checks are conducted.
To ensure constantly that updated record is documented in the Dialys is Register.
To attend emergency dialysis procedures as and when.
To maintain proper inventory in the Crash Cart provided in the department to meet and emergency.

To replenish used stock and items as and when.

To respond quickly to emergency situations and patient calls.
To make sure temperature and the conductivity of water is in accordance with the set protocols.
To sanitize the surrounding area and disinfect the machine before starting al dialysisprocedures.
To ensure all Infection Control Practices are met as per defined standards.
