Job Title: Enrollment Advisor/ Academic

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls/leads from prospective students
- Counsel students on available courses/programs based on their goals and eligibility
- Guide candidates through the application, documentation, and enrollment process
- Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
- Follow up consistently with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Address queries related to fees, course structure, and career outcomes
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve conversion rates
- Ensure a smooth handover to the academic/operations team post-enrollment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
