Position: Business Development Manager

Qualification: Bachelor Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical
Industry Preference: Automated Parking Systems, Building Materials, Construction,
Infrastructure, Elevators, HVAC, Industrial Equipment, Capital Goods
Key Responsibilities
:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in automated multilevel car parking systems across signed
territories
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, and real estate developers
- Conduct meetings with architects and consultants to understand project requirements and propose suitable
parking solutions
- Prepare and present technical proposals in coordination with engineering teams
- Interpret basic layout drawings and provide preliminary solution inputs using AutoCAD
- Collaborate with internal teams for design approvals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, site visits, industry events, and referrals
- Provide qualified projects to sales for commercial closures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
