Proposal Development with Generative AI: Independently lead the creation of high-quality, customized proposals by leveraging Generative AI to automate content generation and personalize proposals at scale.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Inside Sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing and Services, to gather inputs and ensure proposals are accurate and tailored to client needs.

Proposal Strategy: Design and implement effective proposal strategies, leveraging AI tools to ensure the most strategic and compelling solutions are presented to clients.

Process Optimization & Automation: Use Generative AI to streamline the proposal creation process, reducing manual effort and proposal turnaround time.

Proposal Content Management: Independently maintain a dynamic content library and ensure all proposal content is aligned with Blue Yonder’s positioning and messaging.

Quality Assurance: Review and refine proposals using AI-enhanced tools to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with client needs.

Proposal Coordination: Manage the overall proposal timeline, ensuring proposals are submitted on time and meet high-quality standards.

Analytics & Reporting: Track proposal performance using AI-driven insights and adjust strategies based on win rates, client feedback, and success metrics.

Training & Best Practices: Serve as a subject matter expert on proposal best practices, training teams on how to leverage Generative AI for enhanced proposal development.

3+ years of experience in proposal management, bid management, or similar roles, ideally within the technology or software industry.

Proven experience with proposal writing, RFP/RFI processes, and integrating Generative AI tools into these processes.

Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly and persuasively using AI-powered tools.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proposal management software (e.g., RFPIO, PandaDoc).

Proficiency in utilizing AI-driven tools (such as OpenAI, GPT models, or other generative platforms) for content creation, customization, and proposal automation.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently handle multiple proposals and ensure timely delivery.

Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality assurance and maintaining consistency across proposals.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Experience in SaaS or supply chain software industries is a plus.

Exposure to sales enablement, account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, or services sales is desirable.

Understanding of AI-enhanced proposal tools and how they can improve both quality and speed in proposal generation.
