An Office Manager is a supervisory administrative role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an office, ensuring efficiency, coordinating resources, and often managing support staff.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, external visitors, vendors, and sometimes clients
- Provide administrative support to leadership and staff, such as record-keeping, database management, and HR-related tasks
- Organize meetings, events, travel arrangements, and team-building activities
- Oversee daily office operations, including workflow coordination, scheduling, and maintaining a productive work environment
- Data entry on the Company ERP software and managing software
- Coordinating with on site teams and office management for day-to-day tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduation in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with diverse people (staff, executives, vendors)
