About the Role
Curiousozzy EdTech Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (B2C Sales) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective learners, understanding their educational goals, recommending suitable courses, and converting leads into enrolled students.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand learners' career goals and recommend the most suitable courses.
Present and explain the features, benefits, and value of Curiousozzy's programs.
Convert qualified leads into enrolled students by providing effective counseling and guidance.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects to maximize conversions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the enrollment process.
Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
Stay updated with the company's courses, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in B2C sales, academic counseling, telesales, or EdTech sales is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
