Experience :
- – Responsible for timely payment collection according to the payment plan as well as to preparing MIS.
- – Coordinating with other staff/Sales members to ensure a smooth and efficient collection activities.
- – Monitor the Day-to-Day financial operations within the company.
- – Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.
- – Need to follow-up with clients for payment.
- – Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- – Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- – Maintaining the financial health of the organization.
- – Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- – Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- – Candidates from Real Estate Industry is Preferred.
