We're Hiring | Plant Head — Location: Narela, Delhi
Experience: 5–10 years (with 8+ years as Plant Head / Unit Head)
A leading manufacturing company in Narela, Delhi is looking for a hands-on Plant Head to take complete ownership of plant operations — Production, Manpower & Inventory.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive end-to-end production planning, output, quality & on-time dispatch
Manage the entire plant workforce — staff, operators & contract labour — with full labour-law and statutory compliance
Control raw material, WIP & finished goods inventory; minimise wastage and stock variance
Own the plant budget, MIS reporting and continuous cost-reduction projects
Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Plastic / Polymer / Chemical/ Production Engineering (MBA Operations preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience in injection moulding / chemical/ extrusion
- Proven leadership of large blue-collar teams in a plastic / polymer / polyplast plant
- Candidates from North Delhi / NCR strongly preferred
