- Oversee complete Human Resource operations of the hospital including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with NABH standards, labour laws, and hospital management guidelines.
- Manage manpower planning and ensure adequate staffing across all departments including clinical, nursing, paramedical, and non-clinical areas.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer issuance, and joining formalities.
- Ensure proper credential verification, license verification, and documentation of doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.
- Monitor employee attendance, duty rosters, leave management, and manpower utilization in coordination with department heads.
- Supervise employee onboarding, induction, orientation, and training programmes for all newly joined staff.
- Coordinate NABH HR documentation, staff files, competency records, training records, appraisal records, and statutory registers.
- Maintain employee personal files, confidential records, contracts, appointment letters, appraisal documents, and disciplinary records.
- Handle employee grievance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, counselling, and employee welfare activities.
- Conduct performance appraisal processes and coordinate annual evaluations, increments, promotions, and confirmation processes.
- Organize staff training, continuing education programmes, soft skill development, and mandatory NABH-related training sessions.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Labour Welfare, gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, maternity benefits, and other labour regulations.
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, incentives, leave deductions, and final settlement processes with finance department.
- Monitor employee retention strategies and implement engagement activities to reduce attrition and improve workplace culture.
- Prepare monthly HR MIS reports including attrition, recruitment status, absenteeism, manpower reports, and compliance reports.
- Support hospital accreditation audits including NABH inspections, internal audits, and HR-related compliance audits.
- Manage disciplinary procedures including warning letters, suspension notices, show-cause notices, and termination documentation as per policy.
- Coordinate staff health checkups, vaccination records, occupational safety measures, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Work closely with hospital management and departmental heads for organizational development, succession planning, and smooth hospital operations.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
