Job Summary:
The Projects & Business Development Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction project activities while contributing to business growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting client engagement. The role requires coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project execution, quality control, and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor construction projects from planning to execution
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Support business development activities by identifying potential clients and projects
- Assist in preparation of proposals, tenders, and cost estimates
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, and MIS updates
- Conduct site visits and provide regular status updates to management
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
