Studio8designs is an architectural firm dedicated to creating innovative designs. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Intern to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in financial management within a dynamic and creative industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Management: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including data entry, invoice processing, and accounts payable/receivable tracking.
- Budget Monitoring: Support the finance team in tracking project budgets and preparing financial reports.
- Billing and Payments: Help prepare client invoices, verify payment accuracy, and manage vendor interactions.
- Audit Preparation: Assist in organizing financial documents and reports for audits and compliance reviews.
- Financial Analysis: Provide support in analyzing financial data to identify trends and optimize processes.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basics in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and accounting software such as Tally
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Has knowledge of technology usage.
