Position: Medical Officer / OHC Doctor
Job Purpose
Provide primary healthcare, emergency medical support, occupational health services, and preventive health programs for employees at the client Occupational Health Centre (OHC).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct medical consultations and provide treatment for employees.
- Manage medical emergencies and coordinate referrals/hospitalization when required.
- Perform and review Pre-Employment Medical Examinations (PEME) and Periodic Medical Examinations (PME).
- Assess fitness for duty and return-to-work cases.
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health standards, statutory requirements, and OHC SOPs.
- Conduct health awareness sessions and wellness initiatives.
- Supervise and guide nursing/paramedical staff at the OHC.
- Ensure readiness of emergency equipment, medicines, and clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- MBBS with valid registration from the relevant National Medical Commission / State Medical Council.
- AFIH / DIH qualification preferred.
Experience
- 3+ years of clinical experience.
- Occupational Health Centre or industrial healthcare experience preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
