Role Description
The role of Inside Sales Executive is a full-time on-site position based in Chennai. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential customers, managing customer inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. This role requires collaboration with team members to identify and convert new business opportunities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
· Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to present IT hardware solutions.
· Identify customer needs and recommend suitable hardware products (e.g., servers, Laptops, switches, desktops, etc.).
· Qualify leads and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
· Prepare and send quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
· Work closely with technical pre-sales or solution architects to deliver tailored solutions.
· Stay updated on the latest IT hardware products, trends, and industry developments.
· Coordinate with logistics and procurement to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
· Handle post-sales support or route inquiries to appropriate departments when needed.
Qualifications
· Any Bachelor's degree
· 2-5 Years of experience in sales / inside sales from any industry, preferably IT hardware /
technology
· Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and
foster lasting relationships
· Proficient in building client trust and strong interpersonal skills
· Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently
· Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
