HAXCAMP is looking for passionate Cybersecurity Interns who want hands-on experience in SOC operations, threat detection, security monitoring, and cybersecurity lab development. This internship offers the opportunity to work on real-world security projects and gain practical experience with industry tools.
Responsibilities
- Assist with log analysis and security event monitoring
- Support SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Wazuh, and Elastic
- Help build, test, and improve cybersecurity labs and training environments
- Research emerging threats, attack techniques, and security tools
- Assist in incident investigation and basic alert triage
- Create documentation, write-ups, and technical content
Requirements
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and security operations
- Basic understanding of Linux, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have
- Experience with CTFs, TryHackMe, Hack The Box, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Kali Linux and common security tools
- Home lab or personal cybersecurity projects
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python or Bash)
