About the Role
XOLLID is looking for a dynamic and responsible professional to coordinate interior projects from client discussions to execution. The ideal candidate should be able to understand client requirements, prepare 2D drawings, estimate project costs, and coordinate with the production and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and communicate with clients to understand their requirements.
Conduct site visits and take measurements when required.
Prepare 2D layout and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
Prepare project estimations and BOQs.
Coordinate with the design, production, and site execution teams.
Follow up on project progress and ensure timely execution.
Assist clients with design modifications and project updates.
Ensure drawings and project details are properly communicated to all concerned teams.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in interior projects.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
Experience in preparing project estimates.
Understanding of residential and commercial interior works.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
